The High Quiet | Swiss Alps
September 4-11, 2027
There are places in the world that help you expand because they change the way you see the world— and yourself. The Swiss Alps are one of those places.
This retreat is an invitation to rise above the noise and into a wider horizon. A full week to step out of the constant pull of urgency and into landscapes that naturally invite perspective, spaciousness, and possibility. Because sometimes the greatest shifts come from seeing your life from a different vantage point.
We'll make our home in the heart of the Engadin Valley, where glacier peaks, alpine lakes, panoramic trails, and timeless mountain villages become companions in the journey. Daily practice will ground us. Extraordinary beauty will lift us. And somewhere between the mountains and the stillness is the space to discover that freedom is found by widening the horizon from which you see.
When our perspective expands, possibility expands with it. We meet uncertainty with greater ease, hold our stories more lightly, and discover a freedom that comes not from changing everything—but from seeing everything differently.

Traveling to Pontresina
Plan your departure from your hometown airport to arrive in Zurich by the morning of Saturday, September 4— you may wish to arrive September 3 to decompress, allow for delays, and begin to adjust to the time change.
We recommend that you travel via train on September 4 from Zurich via Chur to take advantage of the spectacular ride on the Bernina Express between Chur and Pontresina. You’ll receive booking details closer to the time.
We anticipate arrivals on the that train at approximately 3:30pm, but understand that some may take different routes to Pontresina based on other personal plans pre-retreat.
From the train station, Hotel Allegra offers a free transfer (arrivals before 5pm), and there you’ll be greeted by your hosts and enjoy your first group dinner at 6pm.
