There’s a reason you keep ending up in the same place.

You recognize the pattern. You know where it came from. You even know what you want to do differently. And yet, something in you keeps choosing the familiar.

What if this isn’t failure… but an invitation to go deeper?

the work of wholeness

  • The parts of ourselves we don't know are often the ones making the decisions.

We all develop ways of being that help us belong, stay safe, feel loved, succeed, keep the peace, and just make life work.

Over time, those patterns become so familiar we mistake them for who we are.

    — The one who takes care of everything.

    — The one who always gets it right.

    — The one who keeps the peace.

These are highly intelligent adaptations, not flaws.

But they don’t have to keep running your life.

  • When you see what's running beneath the surface, you have more choice.

Depth work invites us to get very curious about what we’ve learned to protect, hide, deny, or carry— and discover what else wants to be known and expressed.

    — What do you want when you’re not taking care of everyone else?

    — When you stop looking on the outside for answers, what do you already know?

    — What becomes possible when perfectionism, duty, or fear no longer have the final say?

The goal is not to become someone better. It is to become more fully yourself.

we follow what is alive

There is no formula for this work.

We might begin with something that happened yesterday, or a dream you can’t stop thinking about. Maybe it’s a reaction that was outsized or a decision you can’t make. An image that keeps appearing. A space in your body that won’t let go. A longing you don’t allow yourself to name.

We follow the thread.

My work draws from Jungian depth psychology, Eastern philosophy, embodied awareness, and more than three decades of contemplative practice. Depending on what emerges, we may work with dreams, shadow, active imagination, archetypes, inquiry, somatics, or creativity.

We tend to what is asking for your attention.

and then, you begin to live differently

You tell the truth sooner.

You stop carrying what isn’t yours.

You recognize when the past is making decisions in the present.

You let yourself receive.

You risk being truly seen.

You stay with yourself when it’s uncomfortable.

Little by little, your life begins to feel more like your own.

working together
